Ever wanted to recapture a feeling from your past and experience it all over again?

That’s exactly how I’m feeling today. Yes, I woke up in a funky mood. No, I don’t want to talk about it.

Let’s talk instead of recapturing the euphoria of my last Guggenheim visit. Talk of how in awe I was of the collection of art pieces (I think one of the best I’d ever seen). Talk of how, at one point, I felt the full effects of being a living human being. I felt lucky to see the works of artists who have transcended time. I felt like I had stepped into a time capsule. I stopped at almost all of the paintings to admire their brushstrokes, but it was the 3-D pieces that captivated me.

Constantin Brancusi’s exhibition fascinated me the most because the pieces were simple, yet complex. This exhibition ends January 3, 2018. Plenty of time for repeat visits!
